Mark Headrick:
Mark has extensive experience architecting transactions, assisting portfolio companies with strategic combinations and M & A transactions and leading due diligence and exit analysis of venture-backed companies. His responsibilities span legal strategy through SEC compliance and reporting.

John Nix:
As a Founder of Go2Call and technology leader, John is responsible for directing development of Go2Call's proprietary VOIP technology and also manages partnerships with leading telecommunications firms. John brings with him a decade of experience in the telecommunications and manufacturing industries, as an engineer at The Coca-Cola Company and the Georgia Tech Research Institute. John also served in the U.S. Army Signal Corps, where he planned and managed the installation of line-of-sight microwave networks.

John holds a B.S. in physics from Davidson College, an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a Master of Engineering Management degree from the Robert R. McCormick School of Engineering and Applied Science at Northwestern University.

Ken Wruk:
Ken D. Wruk is a founding Managing Partner of Black Point Capital. Prior to founding Black Point in 2002, Mr. Wruk was the Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions at Scribe, the premier Healthcare Information Systems technology platform company. Prior to joining Scribe in 2001, Mr. Wruk was a founder and chairman of yesmail.com, Inc., the Chicago-based provider of permission-based, direct e-mail marketing. Yesmail.com went public in September, 1999 and merged with CMGi, Inc. effective March 10, 2000 at a value at the time of $770 million. Mr. Wruk is also an investor and member of the boards of directors of other Chicago-based technology companies. Mr. Wruk has a wide network of contacts which may assist the Company in business development, financing and Internet marketing.
