Founder

John Nix
As a founder of Go2Call Software and technology leader, John is responsible for directing development of Go2Call Software’s proprietary VoIP technology and also manages partnerships with leading telecommunications firms. John brings with him a decade of experience in the telecommunications and manufacturing industries, as an engineer at The Coca-Cola Company and the Georgia Tech Research Institute. John also served in the U.S. Army Signal Corps, where he planned and managed the installation of line-of-sight microwave networks.

John holds a B.S. in physics from Davidson College, an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a Master of Engineering Management degree from the Robert R. McCormick School of Engineering and Applied Science at Northwestern University.

Management Team

Andrew Kwong
Vice President of Technology
Andrew is responsible for strategic direction of Go2Call Software’s website technology and development process, delivering VoIP solutions to Go2Call Software customers and strategic partners. Prior to joining Go2Call Software, Andrew served as a consulting manager at KPMG Consulting, managing large-scale eBusiness projects for several Fortune 500 companies. Andrew also served as a part-time faculty member at North Central College where he taught graduate level classes on Management Information Systems and IT Management.

Andrew received a B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Ohio State University. He also holds an MBA in Finance/Strategic Management from North Central College, where he completed the international MBA exchange program in London with a focus on customer and product profitability. Andrew is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese.

David Kleiman
Vice President, Global Solutions Sales and Business Development
David brings an extensive background in international carrier negotiations, wholesale and retail sales, and strategic relationship management. He has a proven track record with international carriers, service providers, and solutions providers worldwide.

Prior to joining Go2Call Software, David co-founded TeleMatrix, Japan’s leading independent IP telephony carrier and a pioneer in Phone to Phone VoIP. With network operations based in Tokyo, and 50 POPs throughout Asia, TeleMatrix offered a suite of high quality, low-cost telecommunication solutions to small/medium business customers and consumers across Japan and around the world. David has also worked as broadcast journalist and systems consultant for clients such as DuPont, CNN, BBC, and Hershey Medical Center.

David was awarded a B.A. from World College West in International Development and Communications, during which time he also attended the Universidad de Michoacan in Morelia, Mexico and Tribhuvan University in Kathmandu, Nepal. David is proficient in Spanish and Nepali.

Zachary Eleveld
Vice President of Marketing
Zachary is responsible for managing Go2Call Software’s strategic marketing efforts. In this role Zack oversees the direction and execution of Go2Call Software’s product strategy, including call quality assurance, product development, marketing research and customer satifaction. The Marketing department assists Sales in lead generation, marketing communications and promotional support. Prior to joining Go2Call Software, Zachary served as a senior technology consultant for Accenture, formerly Andersen Consulting, for leading consumer service companies.

Zachary holds a B.S in Engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
