John Nix: Founder, CEO

As a founder of Go2Call Software and a technology leader, John is responsible for the strategic direction of Go2Call Software and directing technology development. John brings with him nearly two decades of experience in the telecommunications industry, as well as experience in the manufacturing industry as an engineer at The Coca-Cola Company and the Georgia Tech Research Institute. John served in the U.S. Army Signal Corps, where he planned and managed the installation of line-of-sight microwave networks.

John holds a B.S. in physics from Davidson College, an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a Master of Engineering Management degree from the Robert R. McCormick School of Engineering and Applied Science at Northwestern University.  John is the inventor of multiple patents and a dozen pending applications.

Ronnie Raviv: COO

Ronnie is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Go2Call Software. In this role Ronnie oversees the execution of Go2Call Software’s product and service strategy, production, vendor management, and policies.  Prior to joining Go2Call Software, Ronnie worked in a variety of roles and industries, including software developer and data analyst for the transportation industry, digital strategy consultant, actor, and Director of Operations in the medical device industry.

Ronnie holds a B.S.E. in Engineering and Management Systems from Princeton University, with a thesis focus on transportation, and an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, concentrating on Marketing and Statistics.  Ronnie also graduated from the Conservatory program at Second City in Chicago and is fluent in Hebrew.

 

Andrew Kwong: Vice President, Technology

Andrew oversees the company’s software and network architecture, including the development and deployment of website and VoIP enhancements to support continued customer growth and expansion.  Prior to joining Go2Call Software, Andrew served as a consulting manager at KPMG Consulting, managing large-scale eBusiness projects for several Fortune 500 companies. Andrew also served as a part-time faculty member at North Central College, Illinois, where he taught graduate level classes on Management Information Systems and IT Management.

Andrew received a B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Ohio State University. He also holds an MBA in Finance/Strategic Management from North Central College, where he completed the international MBA exchange program in London with a focus on customer and product profitability. Andrew is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese.
